Typical Assessment Process

Pre-Assessment

- Consultation with key organization representatives for the purpose of adding to existing knowledge of organization’s culture, goals, issues, etc.
- Discussion(s) of candidate – identification of areas that may need probing in assessment process
- Planning of logistics and scheduling of assessment

Assessment

- Comprehensive assessment of intellectual capabilities skills, career interests and personality/behavioral characteristics and management/leadership style using reliable and valid assessment instruments and an in-depth developmental interview.

Post-Assessment

- Verbal feedback to client company within 24 hours followed by written report of results (for selection purposes)
- Feedback to candidate
- Follow-up discussion with client company representative (as needed)
